A new BMX Racing opportunity has been added to Manchester VSB by British Cycling, starts 17 April 2013

The UCI BMX Supercross World Cup Manchester is the premier BMX racing series in the world. Featuring 5 events on 3 continents, the Supercross World Cup is coming to Manchester’s National Cycling Centre for the first time. The fastest, bravest riders in the world will take the gate in the race for world supremacy and a prime placing at the World Championships. Accelerating down the 8m high Supercross ramp around the professional indoor course, this is BMX racing at its most exhilarating and dangerous best.

As with all it’s major events British Cycling relies heavily on the hard work of volunteers who undertake a wide range of roles across different areas of the event. From accreditation assistants to anti-doping chaperones and event support coordinators there is a sure to be a role for you.
